AWS is hosting a training session for systems administrators, network engineers and web/content delivery engineers, who are looking to get the most out of Amazon's leading storage service S3. Gain valuable insight into the practical application of S3 and its robust feature set when building solutions on AWS.
This training will also give you an opportunity to explore the role of an engineer specialized in Storage and Content Delivery with AWS.
On the evenings of 17 & 18 February 2020 (18:00 to 21:30pm), AWS is hosting a free training course for systems administrators, web/content delivery engineers and network engineers. You will learn how to get the most out of S3 and its robust customizable feature set.
Together, over 2 days, we will explore the different techniques for getting the most out of AWS S3 service features - as well as incorporate them into existing or new workflows. We will do this through fundamentals training and hands-on activities, culminating in a technical challenge where you get to showcase your skills!
By the end of the course, you will have hands-on experience of the services and processes used to create and facilitate cloud storage solutions on AWS. This will also be a chance to meet our team of cloud engineers from Dublin over snacks and refreshments, and explore the opportunities available on our team.
- Storage, Web/Content Delivery Engineers
- System Administrators
- Network Engineers
The workshops will cover fundamental knowledge in AWS services (S3, IAM, Cloudfront and Glacier) and basic knowledge of distributed networks. Prior experience in these areas is preferred, but not required.
You will be presented with an exercise to apply the skills presented on the previous evenings, with the potential for interested participants to be directly invited for a face-to-face interview in the following weeks.
Join us for this exciting learning series, where you will learn new skills; meet our team of Cloud Support Engineers; and take your career to a new level.
